Planning for a regional Strategic Doing workshop
A region stretching across Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky is planning a strategic doing workshop for about 150 leaders from across the region. The session will be held in April. As part of our run-up to the workshop, Jim McKinney, one of the civic leaders moving this idea forward developed a quite useful project plan. It provides a good template for planning these workshops.
This region has already established a pattern of working across political and organizational boundaries. They are looking to scale their network and make it more strategic. We are starting with a handful of promising focus areas in April.
