Developing community re-engagment networks
We're developing new approaches to handle the downturn. We are focusing on designing new networks, which are the only way to manage the scale of the transformations underway. Old workforce approaches -- guided by a social service model (a case worker handling each individual) -- are obsolete, slow, expensive and not scalable.
